If I had to think of one word to describe David & Kendall’s Ashton Garden’s North wedding day, I’d have to pick “FUN!” These two are such a genuinely joyful and fun couple, and I absolutely LOVED being around them to celebrate their big day.

I had never been out to Houston’s Ashton Gardens North before, and when I pulled up I immediately loved it. It is such a quaint venue tucked inside a neighborhood, and you know my little photographer heart was just giddy over the beautiful naturally-lit wedding chapel. 🙂 It was so pretty inside with all the windows that we were able to just use the window light for the ceremony, and it was gorgeous. Thankfully, the Houston weather wasn’t TOO terribly humid, and the looming thunderstorm clouds held off for us to get portraits!

After portraits with family, the wedding party and the new Mr. & Mrs. Johnson, we headed in to celebrate with the rest of the guest. Once the music started, the dancing never stopped! Their day ended with a favorite track from The Greatest Showman followed by a sparkler exit and a get-away in a Rolls-Royce!
