These Austin engagement photos at Switch Willo Stables EASILY made it onto my favorites list! I have some go-to favorite engagement session locations in the Austin area I am always happy to recommend, but I especially LOVE when couples chose something off the beaten path and unique to them.

Lauren felt like an immediate friend when I FaceTimed with her from Oklahoma City where her and Christian are finishing up at OSU. The two of them ended up meeting in their dorm hallway due to a prank started by one of Christian’s roommates, and the rest is history. When Lauren told me that she wanted to take her engagement photos at Switch Willo, the stables she grew up riding at, I was thrilled! Her sweet sister even came to help clean up one of their horses, Casino, to make sure he was looking his best for the photos!

Needless to say, these two are a dream to photograph, and after spending time with them for their engagement session I am already counting down to their special day at The Addison Grove with Westcott Weddings!
