After spending time with JD & Taylor for their Barton Creek engagement photos, I am SO excited for their wedding at Texas Old Town next month! Despite the dreary weather, their Brushy Creek engagement photos are some of my new favorites because these two are just naturals in front of the camera – and so sweet!
When I first met Taylor we sat and talked over coffee for 2 (almost 3!) hours. About the wedding, life and all sorts of things, and I knew immediately that we’d be friends. I heard all about JD and the story of how they started dating is probably my favorite one I’ve heard so far! Some friends kept wanting to set them up, and after months, they both finally agreed. They met for a simple coffee date one morning at Mozart’s and then ended up spending the entire day together! I don’t remember all of the exact details, but I do remember it involved lunch, a trip to the outlets, dinner and then two-stepping — and maybe some other fun things in there as well! When I finally met JD in person at their engagement session, I had no doubt that these two are absolutely perfect for each other!
Take a look for yourself… We started off their engagement session at Mozart’s and then headed over to the Barton Creek for the rest of their session. Enjoy a few of my favorites!
