I met Nathan and Lindsay for the first time in-person for their engagement session at Berry Springs in Georgetown. We hit it off right away – these two are just so laid back and fun to be around! I already felt like Lindsay and I had become friends through email conversations about their engagement session and also chatting about the fun things that come along with being a twin!
For those of you who don’t know, I have a twin brother and he is the best! Lindsay has a twin sister, and there’s just things that every twin can relate to. 🙂 We also have very similar tastes, and she showed up with the sweetest gift for me! For those of you who follow along with me on Instagram, it’s no secret that I love drinking coffee in the morning. Lindsay picked up on this and put together the cutest gift basket for me! It had a coffee mug that says “blogging day” in gold foil, the most amazing smelling candle, and a little bath fizzy. How sweet is that??
Another note to speak to just how great this couple is: The day of the engagement session was also Nathan’s birthday! Engagement photos aren’t typically a guy’s favorite thing to do, but Nathan never even showed a single ounce of that. I could tell that he absolutely adores Lindsay. Happily agreeing to spend his birthday evening taking engagement photos with her is just a small way he shows that.
After walking around Berry Springs for a while, we headed over to Blue Hole, a spot down by the San Gabriel River in Georgetown. Spending time with them and going through these photos from their engagement session has me counting down to their Dripping Springs wedding at Canyonwood Ridge. But since April is still a little ways off, here’s a few of my favorite images from their session to help tide us all over:

This one is definitely a favorite!
And another favorite – this light!!
