I remember talking to Liz about hers and Adam’s Addison Grove wedding day BEFORE they even got engaged! (Read the story in Adam + Liz’s engagement photos blog post!) It seemed like their wedding was SO FAR away, but that time passed so quickly as well.
When I was driving out to Dripping Springs for Adam and Liz’s Addison Grove wedding, there was a heavy fog in Austin that appeared to get thicker and thicker the closer I got to the venue. (I’m talking maybe a quarter of a mile visibility!). BUT thankfully, that didn’t mean dreary photos! Since the weather had caused their ceremony to be moved inside, we chose to do their first look at the pond, near their original ceremony site. The fog settled in the background made the images look so soft and pastel, and I loved it!
Second to how genuinely happy these two were to be finally getting married, my favorite part of the day was seeing Liz’s vision and design for her wedding come to life with the help of Kate from Wild Sky Events. From the invitation suite and florals, to the most unique and fun cake + dessert table I’ve ever seen, I LOVED every little detail!
