The weather has been crazy lately! Literally, raining EVERY day I have a session scheduled – except for Maddie’s!! ???? I normally love the rain, but not from 6-8pm these days. But ya know, sometimes you just have to roll with the punches! So, that’s what my life looks like right now – scheduling and rescheduling sessions in like 4 different cities, constantly monitoring the weather and praying for sunshine!
So last week when it turned out to be a PERFECT cool, breezy and sunny day for Maddie’s session, I literally felt like doing a little happy dance! Maddie is the sweetest and absolutely GORGEOUS! Like MODEL STATUS. She’s probably a good foot taller than me, so I had to tote around my little step stool for part of her shoot (short photographer problems). I’m sure some bystanders were laughing at me – but I’ll happily take that for a good photo!
We started her session around The Square in Downtown, Georgetown. I hadn’t done a senior session over by the Antique Store yet, and I am so happy with how those photos turned out! Maddie is going to play volleyball for A&M in the fall, so of course we had to take some photos in her Aggie gear (Gig ’em!).
After that we went over to the San Gabriel River by Blue Hole and she wore this amazing Free People dress – these are definitely my favorite images from her session! We then finished up her senior session at the Sunken Gardens in San Gabriel Park.
Here are some of my favorites:
