Neal and Abby’s Canyonwood Ridge wedding marked the start of spring in my book! The weather was (mostly) sunny in early spring temps in the 70’s, which is just about as perfect as you can get. I met Abby through my college friend, Stephanie. I knew that any friend of Stephanie’s had to be just as kind and genuine as she is, and Abby was no exception! I loved getting to know her and Neal and their engagement session at a ranch outside of Dallas, TX earlier this year, and was so excited to celebrate with them on their wedding day!
The lush white, green and tangerine florals created by Blumen Floral looked gorgeous paired with the powder blue bridesmaid dresses! If you’ve been around here for a while, you know I love powder blue, and it was so fun seeing it paired with a new color combination! The blue, gold and tangerine color scheme was incorporated into Neal and Abby’s wedding cake as well, which was one of my favorite ones I’ve seen yet.
After a First Look, portraits and wedding ceremony in a traditional white lace wedding dress, Abby changed into a rich navy and gold Indian saree for a few more sunset portraits and for the reception. It was gorgeous, and made for one of my (many) favorite parts of their wedding day!
Congratulations, Neal & Abby! Thank you for having me along to capture such a sweet and perfect day for you two. Enjoy a sneak peek of my favorites from you Canyonwood Ridge wedding photos!
