I know I probably (or definitely) say this over and over again, I am just so blown away by just how incredible the couples are that I get to work with! And of course, this stays true for Jonathan and Mary for their Waco engagement photos. I actually went to college with Mary’s brother-in-law, and got to photograph his and her sister’s wedding last summer. It’s always so fun and I feel so honored when I get to photograph the same families on different occasions!
Jonathan and Mary met while attending Baylor University, so it was only fitting that we take their engagement photos around their favorite locations in Waco. Our first stop was the Waco Suspension Bridge. I actually took some photos here for another engagement session last winter, and it’s just such a pretty spot! Also, I LOVED their outfits for this portion of the shoot. When they showed up I’m pretty sure the first things I said was, “Oh my goodness, you two look SO GOOD!!!” They absolutely nailed the classy look. After taking photos around the Suspension Bridge, we headed over to the Baylor University campus and finished their session with some more casual photos around one of their favorite spots there.
These two are just naturals in front of the camera, and hanging out with them for a little bit in Waco made me even more excited for their wedding there at the Earle Harrison House later this upcoming November! Until then, enjoy some of my favorites of their Waco engagement photos:
