These two are just the cutest! Lisa found me over Instagram (so fun!) and I met her and Mat for the first time at their engagement session at Bull Creek in Austin. I quickly adored them! I don’t think they stopped smiling the whole time! They just smiled, laughed and giggled at each other the entire time we were taking photos – even in the Texas humidity (in September!). Fall just takes forever to actually (consistently) show up around here, but it didn’t seem to bother Mat and Lisa one bit!

We started their session strolling around the sidewalk at Bull Creek Park. The light on this day was absolutely beautiful! Mat plays the ukulele, so they had to incorporate that into a few shots during their session, and it was so cute. After walking through the park for a bit, we adventured down over to the creek a little ways and took more photos down there. These are definitely some of my favorites from their session!  We ended their session with Mat and Lisa taking their shoes off to take a little stroll in the creek, and then they started slow dancing in the creek – all on their own! Seriously, the cutest.
