Welcome to my first post in the new Angie’s *Favorites* List series! I thought this would be a fun little monthly post to round up a few of the things I’m enjoying/loving each month. Most of these are not very significant – at all. But here’s to loving and celebrating the little things! So without further a do, here we go:

1) My Day Designer
My gold foil Day Designer has made it’s appearance on my Instagram a few times this past month (and a post even got re-grammed by them, so that was fun!). At first I was hesitant to spend this much for just a planner, but let me tell you: It is worth it! I’m a big fan of planning, list-making and organizing, and this little beauty is so helpful. I love how the days are split into an hourly schedule with a list of To-Dos next to it. The “Today’s Top Three” section helps keep me on track throughout the day, and it also has other organizational sections, including one for dinner (which I’m sure I’ll start using one day…).

2) My new Kendra Scott druzy necklace!
First of all, for those of you who don’t know: You can get 50% off of one item at Kendra Scott during your birthday month. Fun, right?! I don’t buy much there, but I am a fan! My birthday was last month, and I treated myself to some new earrings. Well, my mom’s birth month is January too, so she got me this necklace with her discount and it’s definitely a new favorite!

3) Red Bud Isle
I recently discovered this place while out location-scouting for a shoot and I LOVE it!!! It’s a little park that is surrounded by Town Lake, close to the Lake Austin Dam. It’s also a leash-free dog park, and I love dogs, so there’s another win right there! I found this little path off of the trail and it lead to this:

Ya. 🙂 So I just sat there for a bit, enjoying the beautiful 70-degrees February weather. (Thank you, Texas.)

4) Spotify Premium!
I had this for a good while, and then canceled it for a few months. I didn’t realize how spoiled I was to it until I had to start listening to those commercials again. I think Spotify purposely plays the most annoying commercials EVER to convince you to upgrade. Well, one of the commercials was three months of Spotify Premuim for $.99 (or $9.99?), either way – it got me. I impulse bought it and have been enjoying it again – commercial free – ever since! I also came across the band Woodlock and really like them! They kind of sound like Mumford and Sons on some songs, so if that’s your kind of music, give ’em a listen.

5) Essie – Virgin Snow
I’m not super girly, but I do really like Essie nail polish! And this past month Virgin Snow has been my go-to. 🙂

6) Target Up&Up pens
Okay, this one may be lame, but for the fellow pen snobs out there: This is a good find! You know those Pilot G-2 pens? Well, I discovered Target has a knock-off version and they are just as good, and A LOT cheaper. Like $10 for 15 pens, as compared to like $5 for 4. So once again, thank you, Target!
