I’ve been looking forward to this Barr Mansion wedding for over a year! Lesley got in touch with me all the way from AUSTRALIA and we emailed off and on throughout the months leading up to her wedding last Friday. These two are such a fun couple and their family and friends literally came from all over the entire WORLD to celebrate with them in Austin, Texas, where Lesley’s parents live. There were guests from Australia, Canada, South Africa, and all across the United States — all in one place to celebrate with Dave & Lesley on their wedding day!

On my drive into Austin to Barr Mansion, there were little rain spurts popping up and rain clouds in the direction I was going… but they cleared up, brought in some cooler air (thank goodness!!) and we had the prettiest sunshine for their wedding ceremony under the giant Pecan Tree on the venue grounds. The Barr Mansion is one of my favorite wedding venues in the Austin area, and there are SO MANY pretty spots to take photos. As always, the entire Barr Mansion staff was incredible, and Stem Floral did a stunning job on the florals!
