There were so many fun aspects of getting to photograph the November Chalkfulloflove Handlettering 101 Workshop at One Eleven East this past Saturday!

First of all, this newly renovated space in Hutto, right outside of Austin, is absolutely beautiful! I’ve been following along with the progress on their Instagram for a while now, and it was so exciting to actually see it in person! Big windows, tons of natural light, clean white walls (aka: this photographer’s dream space – *imagine the heart eyes emoji here*). To top it off, the slightly distressed white tables and chairs from The Good Life Furniture with holiday-themed floral arrangements from STEMS Floral Design just made the overall look of the space even better!

Sixteen workshop attendees showed up and were treated to custom cocktails by She+Him Bartending and sweet treats from Green Lily Bakery. After a little mingling, the attendees settled in to get letter-by-letter instruction from Sarah, founder of Chalkfulloflove, and then got to create their very own design on mini Hurd & Honey chalkboards. As if that weren’t enough, each attendee got to take home swag bag with goodies from Allie Seidel, Perch Shop, Flax and Wool Designs and Dear Mushka.
