I just love these two! Sarah and I were co-workers for about two years and quickly became friends. We were both working a 9-5 while also running businesses on the side, and it has been so fun to watch both of our businesses grow. In the past month, both of us have been able to quit our full time jobs and pursue our businesses – and it is AWESOME! She owns an Etsy Shop called Chalkfulloflove, and if you aren’t one of her 40K + followers on Instagram, you should be!
I was so excited for her and Aaron when they got engaged, and can’t wait to photograph their wedding this next spring at the Barr Mansion in Austin, Texas. We started off their engagement session in the adorable Georgetown Square, where the doors and crown molding outside of one of the local restaraunts conveniently coordinated with their outfits! We then moved on to one of my favorite locations in Georgetown, Berry Springs Park, just in time for that golden sunset light. We don’t get many of those those rich, bright fall leaves in the Austin area, so we were pretty excited when we found a single yellow tree along the sidewalk! We then took a little hike through the park and ended the session in an open field at sunset.
Here are a few of my favorite images from their engagement session:
