About a year and a half ago I decided to start focusing my purchases toward buying ethical and fair trade clothes. I don’t really know exactly what spurred this shift, but at some point I had gained a *teeny tiny* bit of knowledge that the luxury of walking into Target and buying a cheap t-shirt was at the expense of...

I absolutely loved photographing this White Sparrow wedding inspiration shoot! I’ve never photographed in a lavender field before, and let’s just say I sure do hope this is the first of many. Thankfully, the storm clouds passed and we were blessed with the brightest, prettiest sunshine...

This Austin family portrait session was a fun one for me! Sarah and I met working full time desk jobs side-by-side while simultaneously growing our dream businesses on the side. If you don’t already know Sarah, she is a crazy talented graphic designer and founder of Chalkfulloflove. While working together back during 2013 – 2015, we often put our creative skills together and swapped services!
There is not one single thing I didn’t absolutely LOVE about McKenna’s bridal portrait session in Waco at Old Bethany!! Her portrait session was actually one of the first things I was able to shoot once COVID restrictions started lifting some here in Texas, and I was pretty much giddy to be back behind the camera photographing one of the sweetest brides in this gorgeous location!

This was a special senior session for me because I have known Jayden since she was a freshman! She and her older sister, Madison were both in a high school girls Bible Study I led for a few years and it has been such a joy to watch her grow! She is an incredible dancer and has the sweetest, most genuine personality!

Cate’s Downtown Georgetown senior portrait session was my very last one for the Class of 2020 (unless some of you still want to sneak a summer session in!). I photographed her sister, Cameron, 3 years ago, and it was so fun to reconnect with this family!

I have heard about Sekrit Theater for years now, but Wesley and Emily’s engagement session was my first time to actually visit and photograph there! It is an eclectic little hidden gem tucked away right in the middle of an Austin neighborhood.
